DebtCrusher is a debt tracking and management application that helps users organize their debts, create payment plans, and track their progress toward becoming debt-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To use DebtCrusher, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years old
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost with limitations (up to 3 debts).

Premium Plan: Paid subscriptions provide access to unlimited features. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

DebtCrusher and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into DebtCrusher. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DebtCrusher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Results from using the service will be accurate or reliable
